the terms of using mypukki

last updated 29 august 2026

hello. these are the terms for using mypukki.com. we've tried to write them the way we write everything else here — plainly, and in lowercase. they are still a proper legal agreement between you and us.

who we are

mypukki is a trading name of a sole trader based in the united kingdom, operating alongside GetFigure. we don't publish a trading address on the site; if you need our registered details for a formal purpose, email hello@getfigure.co.uk and we'll send them to you.

the dress-up game is free

making a pookie is free, and it stays free. there is no account, no login wall and no email gate. we don't charge for the game, we don't sell in-game currency, and there are no loot boxes, blind boxes or gacha mechanics of any kind. everything in the wardrobe is available to everyone from the first moment.

your pookie is saved in your own browser. that means if you clear your browser data, use a different device, or browse privately, she may not be there when you come back. we're sorry — that's a limitation of keeping things account-free, and we think it's the right trade.

what you make

you keep the creative say over the pookie you assemble, and you're welcome to screenshot her, share her and post her anywhere you like, including commercially. we keep the copyright in the underlying artwork, the wardrobe pieces, the backdrops and the software, and we license them to you only for making and sharing pookies through this site.

please don't scrape the artwork, republish the wardrobe as your own asset set, or use the site to make anything hateful, sexual involving minors, harassing, or unlawful. we may remove access if you do.

ordering a figurine

if you choose to have your pookie made as a physical figurine, the order is placed and fulfilled through getfigure.co.uk, and the GetFigure terms apply to the sale itself. the sizes and prices are:

every price shown on this site is the total price including uk delivery and vat where applicable. we don't add anything at the checkout that wasn't in the number you saw. figurines are printed in full colour with a soft matte finish, then checked by hand in London before dispatch. small variations in finish are normal and are part of the object rather than a fault.

cancelling and returns

figurines are made to your specification, so under the consumer contracts regulations 2013 the standard 14-day cooling-off right does not automatically apply once we've begun making a personalised item. in practice we're reasonable: if you tell us within 24 hours of ordering and we haven't started painting, we'll cancel and refund in full.

none of this affects your statutory rights under the consumer rights act 2015. if a figurine arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, tell us and we'll repair, replace or refund it.

things we can't promise

we do our best to keep the site up and the artwork loading, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. we may change, add to or retire wardrobe items over time. we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and nothing here limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

governing law

these terms are governed by the law of england and wales, and the courts of england and wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

changes

if we change these terms we'll update the date at the top of this page. the version in force is the one published here when you use the site.

getting in touch

the quickest way to reach a person is hello@getfigure.co.uk. we read everything and we'll come back to you within five working days.
